Fresh Blood 2: Fresher Blood!

June 2, 2011

School is out, Summer is here, and next Tuesday evening AIGA/NY will showcase an array of top design talent who have recently passed through the doors of some of the finest graduate programs in the New York area. Ten students, amongst the top in their class, will be given 5 minutes each to wow the crowd with the thesis project that has consumed much of their life over the past year. These projects extended far beyond the traditional world of print, web, motion, branding, criticism, and interactive, and into the future of our industry for years to come.

If you are looking for a brilliant young mind to join your team, this event is your calling. If you’ve been considering grad school but are unsure of what each program has to offer, your questions will be answered. If you simply want to be informed and amazed by what these kids are doing and the new technology they are using, get your ticket now. Students, support your peers. Employers, support your future. Recruiters, stock your roster. Everyone else, escape the heat, eat some pizza, and cool off in the fountain of FRESH BLOOD!

Congratulations to this years participants, including MFA Interaction Design alumni Russ Maschmeyer, who will be presenting his thesis project MOTIV.
