This course studies the differences between classic design processes and the alternatives practiced by entrepreneurs to make products, no matter their nature, as lean as possible to succeed. Even more important, it emphasizes the advantage that designers possess to be entrepreneurs themselves, given their appreciation for good user experiences, discerning opinions, and self-reliance.
Objectives
To know the processes and conditions through which startup companies invent and iterate products.
To develop a Minimal Viable Product, which is a product with just those features (and no more) that allows the product to be used.
