Marshall Sitten works as Vice President of Communications for Citi Community Development, the unit which leads Citi's commitment to achieving financial inclusion and economic empowerment for underserved individuals, families and communities.
In addition to his role at Citi, Marshall teaches graduate courses on service design at the School of Visual Arts and the NYU Polytechnic Institute of Engineering. He also collaborates on service design research and writing with HEG Geneve in Switzerland (the Geneva School of Management), and is the co-founder and head of the NYC chapter of the Service Design Network.
Marshall completed his MBA in International Organizations at the University of Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland, and received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
