Student Profiles
Angela Huang : Class of 2011
Angela was born in Taiwan and moved to San Francisco when she was 14 years old. After high school, she moved again with her family to Pittsburgh. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2009 with a BFA in Industrial Design and a minor in Business Administration.
Angela is a member of the Industrial Designers Society of America, Carnegie Mellon Chapter. Aside from industrial design, she enjoys designing clothing for fashion shows. Angela speaks four languages and loves to travel. She looks forward to working with people from different professional areas at the School of Visual Arts.

Students began their process by exploring project ideas within the themes of memory, behavior, politeness and sharing.

Students were asked to create a networked, mobile or interactive installation that enhances or extends the experience of the High Line park in NYC.

Students created prototypes based on the theme of augmented mindfulness.
