Clint Beharry : Class of 2011

Clint Beharry

Clint was born in Queens, New York and grew up in Kingston, Jamaica. He has always been drawn to the worlds of art and science, leading to an exploration of various creative and technical projects.

He attended the University of Miami in 2000 and studied Computer Engineering to learn about technology research and development. Since graduation he has worked in print, web design, web development, and visual art, across many industries. His outside interests include science, literature, architecture, graffiti, soccer, fashion, and losing in chess.

Selected Projects

  • Cybernetics Final

    Students were required to critique a pre-existing interactive system of their own choosing by applying the models learned in class.

  • Entrepreneurial Design Final

    Students present product and service design solutions that aim to connect personal passions with socially conscious endeavors. Or, outline a viable product in the form of a pitch deck.

  • Information Visualization

    Students were asked to visualize a section within the permanent collection at MoMA or the Met. Or, they may visualize a single sporting event or season. Or, a personal collection of their choosing.

  • Prototyping User Experiences/Research Methods Final

    Students created prototypes based on the theme of augmented mindfulness.
