Lesson #16: Content can be created through an interaction design lens.

Carmen Dukes, Class of 2011

To differentiate itself among publishers, content must be driven by the user through an understanding of context, behavior, and goals. Interaction design has given me a lens through which to approach the creation of content.

With many publishers in the digital space competing for attention, I have learned that content needs to evoke emotion, be unique and value-driven, and most importantly, build a relationship that grows with every interaction. Only through this can a publisher truly standout above the competition.
