Four years ago, the perception and socialization of interaction design was quite different. The capacity for design on the web was different. Historically, we’ve moved from a culture of form makers to a culture that disrupts and transforms. At pace with this change, the program’s website is undergoing a transformation.
As part of a larger identity redesign, the department is in the process of launching a new digital footprint to share student activity — equal parts design and writing — in public. A particular focus of the new design is on live content, reflecting an active studio and even more active MFA candidates.
