ABOUT EMILIE:

Emilie Baltz is an artist and experienced designer who creates multi-sensory experiences one lick, suck, bite and sniff at a time. Best known for her delightful work in food & technology, Emilie uses food as a medium (and metaphor) for designing experience. She is the creator of the world’s first Lickable Ice Cream Orchestra, a Cotton Candy Theremin, and the Dream machine – an emotional organ that plays feelings through smell, sound, and light. Her passion lies in using the 5 senses to tell stories that deepen engagement through embodiment and create presence through play. She believes life is a story we write every day and works hard to create possibilities for creativity, wonder, and delight therein.
