Carolyn Hou is an independent research and strategy consultant based in New York City. As an applied anthropologist, she uses ethnographic research and design thinking methodologies to think creatively and strategically about how to humanize and solve complex problems for healthcare and tech companies. Carolyn is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU where she teaches Design Thinking and advises Capstone, and leads the New York Chapter of the global non-profit, Women in Innovation.
