Diamond is a Design Director working at Microsoft. Her main philosophy is to bring delight to everyday life through design, and she believes that storytelling and craft are the two key elements to succeed.

As a design leader, she leads multiple initiatives that raise awareness to diversity at Facebook, and designed programs to support and empower fellow women designers of color. Diamond is a seasoned public speaker where she advocates for her design beliefs and promotes design culture to audiences at UX+ Conference, ADPlist.org, Design Buddies, Nordic.Design, Future Academy etc.

When she puts down her design cape, she is a full-time dog mom and Boba Connoisseur that enjoys traveling and throwing pottery in her downtime.
