Ida Benedetto is an experience director and design strategist. She works in complex organizational and social contexts to create opportunities for innovation, insight, and change.

Her early career involved game and media design with communities in Guatemala, India, Ethiopia, and Uganda, followed by adventure design influenced by urban underground culture in New York City.

She is recognized as an innovator in the field of experience design for creating intrepid adventures for major cultural icons and transformative strategy sessions for heads of industry. As a Director of Organizational Design at NOBL Collective, she leads cross-functional innovation cohorts within client organizations to evolve their culture from the inside. Her research on the design of transformative social experiences has been used in coursework at Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, and Stanford. Ida has been featured in multiple New York Times Bestselling books, as well as Businessweek, NPR, and the New Yorker.

Ida holds an MA in Design Research, Writing, and Criticism from the School of Visual Arts, a BFA in Design and Technology from Parsons, and a BA in History from the New School.
