Marshall Sitten is Director of Communications and Service Design for Citi Community Development, which works alongside municipal, nonprofit and community partners to develop programs that expand financial inclusion and economic opportunity for vulnerable and underserved households.

In addition to his role at Citi, Marshall collaborates on service design research with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland, and is the co-founder and head of the NYC Service Design Community.

Marshall completed his MBA in international organizations at the University of Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland, and received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
