Sarah (she/her) is a multidisciplinary designer and storyteller interested in engaging social equity through design. She’s passionate about community-centered design and strives to promote agency and collaboration throughout the design process. At BlackSpace, she is implementing Manifesto-aligned project management of the Neighborhood Strategy portfolio and shares the co-design process. Before BlackSpace, she focused on creating visual communications, facilitating qualitative research, and conducting public outreach. She has also collaborated with Isidor Studio and Kounkuey Design Initiative (KDI) to develop graphic content for various clients. Sarah holds an MCP in Community and Regional Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Arch from Virginia Tech.
