Citi Bike Ride

Citi Bike Ride is a concept for the current New York City bike share system. The team worked together to research, conceptualize, and create a design fiction to address usability issues along with a perceived business goal of increasing the number of casual riders using the system. Our final concept was the creation of an RFID enabled card, similar to the key fob that annual Citi Bike members receive. The card, named Ride, would come preloaded with a set number of single rides, and users could add additional rides at their discretion.
