The current layout of the New York Public Library Schwarzman Building isn’t structured and doesn’t allow for a clear journey for users. Therefore, unfortunately, people can’t understand the library’s offerings.
We set out on a mission to elevate the experience for all visitors. This would promote the library as a premier cultural institution.
