NeighborFavor

People need help with tasks that don’t necessarily require specific skills, commonly referred to as “favors”. NeighborFavor is a service that connects people through sharing favors in local communities. This service leverages the idling capacity within neighborhoods and creates a network where people can be both peer providers and receivers. Favors are rewarded with time credits which in turn can be used to get other favors done, rather than through the exchange of money. This flexible system lowers the barriers of asking someone for a favor and provides people with a greater social capital.
