Retired professionals have accumulated a lifetime of experience, knowledge, and wisdom after years of hard work. However, many of them struggle to find opportunities to share and utilize their skills after retirement. This can lead to feelings of disconnection and isolation.
WisGen is a mentorship platform that empowers retired professionals to share their experience and knowledge with young, aspiring creatives through creative projects. The platform offers a hands-on project-based approach, allowing both mentors and mentees to learn by doing. By working together on creative projects, WisGen believes that meaningful intergenerational relationships can form, and both parties can gain valuable insights and experiences.
WisGen is also dedicated to building an aging-friendly community where retirees can continue pursuing their passions and making a valuable contribution to society.
