Niamh is a design thinker and leader who draws from fundamentals of UX and service design to create meaningful product experiences.
Niamh is the founding designer in Real World Evidence at Flatiron Health working to establish a design practice and identify meaningful opportunities built on a deep understanding of her users and the business.
Prior to Flatiron, Niamh worked within Amazon, collaborating with a small team of designers defining experiences for all of Audible’s international marketplaces. Her expertise in user research made her a prime candidate to co-lead many international research initiatives. During her career she also worked in service design at Fjord, consulting and collaborating with Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bose.Niamh received her B.A. in Psychology from NYU and her MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons where she created her thesis “Depict.” Her thesis provided web users with visual impairments more freedom to explore images on the web and was cited by the American Foundation for the Blind for its innovation, prompting accessibility.
