Minnie is passionate about organizing information, user centered interfaces, and design details. She is currently a senior web designer at Estée Lauder, where she oversees the creative of regular site updates, provides guidelines and feedback to international markets, designs feminine interfaces, and templates for various parts of esteelauder.com.

She decided to pursue a masters degree in parallel to her career in hopes to bring much synergy between the two. In her former life, she majored in Industrial Design at RISD, spending the majority of her time (ideally in metal/wood shops, but instead) at the library devouring through graphic and space design books.
