SVA Team and Co Wins World Economic Forum Challenge

sva team and co wins world economic forum challenge 1

Catalyzing the Global Dialogue will help over 700 leaders find common ground on issues ranging from human rights to climate change to systemic financial risk.

Following an impressive showing at the Visualizing Marathon earlier this month, MFA Interaction Design students Clint Beharry, Sarah Koo, Gene Lu, Tina Ye, and Yang Yang of Stickybits have won the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Councils data visualisation challenge with their entry Catalyzing the Global Dialogue. In response to increasingly complex and interconnected issues of modern 21st century, their visualization seeks to elucidate a systemic view of both the Summit and its councils.

The winning entry was selected by a notable panel of judges from members of the Global Agenda Councils on Design and Innovation including Paola Antonelli, Senior Curator, Department of Architecture and Design, MoMA; Tim Brown, CEO, IDEO; and John Maeda, President, RISD.

Catalyzing the Global Dialogue will be showcased and used next week in Dubai at the Global Agenda Summit and help 72 councils with over 700 leaders find common ground on issues ranging from human rights to climate change to systemic financial risk.

Congratulations!
