Rachelle Milne

Class of 2014

Bio

Rachelle is an interdisciplinary designer with a background in engineering, architecture, and visual communication. She’s passionate about fostering new ways of learning, broadening access to opportunity, and making tools that enable people to create.

Rachelle anticipated a career dreaming up skyscrapers and bridges but discovered what she really enjoyed was crafting space: developing interiors that shape the user experience. Her contributions at firms MKThink and Perkins+Will include work on corporate offices, research laboratories, and higher education spaces, including Stanford’s d.school.

Her experience designing work and learning spaces translates directly to her current work in interaction design, where she is using her skills to build user-centered digital products. Rachelle strives to master the art of designing simple, functional, and meaningful experiences.
